Use this activity to define job groups, which help organizing your job structure. Examples of job groups would be: Trainee, Operator, Junior Assistant, Assistant, Officer, Specialist, Supervisor, Senior Specialist, Junior Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, General Manager, Managing Director.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, job groups will be registered in the system. Each registered job will automatically become active.

  1. Open the Job Groups window and add a new record.
  2. In the Job Group field, enter the name of the job group.
  3. In the Description field, enter a short description of the job group.
  4. Save your changes.
