Modify Safety Action Details

Explanation

This activity is used to modify details of safety actions in case some changes occurred since the last update.

In order to perform this activity, safety actions are required to be registered in the system.

There are no system effects.

Open the Safety Actions window and find the safety action which you want to modify.
Select the action and right-click and click Inspection in order to enter the Inspection window and view all action details.
Select the action and right-click and click Inspection Question in order to enter the safety question from which the action originated. You can introduce changes to the action in the relevant fields.
Select the action and right-click and click Incident in order to enter the Incident window and view all action details.
Select the action and right-click and click Risk Assessment in order to enter the Risk Assessment window and view all action details.
Select the action and right-click and click Risk Assessment Hazard in order to enter the hazard from which the action originated. You can introduce changes to the action in the relevant fields.
Save the information.
