This activity is used to define answer options for the safety inspection questions.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, safety inspection questions are required to be already defined in the Safety Inspection Basic Data/Safety Inspection Question tab.

Procedure

1. Open the Safety Inspection Basic Data/Safety Inspection Answer tab and populate. The safety inspection questions already defined will be listed in the Safety Inspection Question field.
2. Select a question fro the Safety Inspection Question field and create a new record in the table.
3. In the Safety Inspection Answer field, enter the possible answer options for the selected question.
4. Save the information.
