Inspect Fire Extinguishers

Explanation

This activity is used to check the details of fire extinguishers which are available in the location of the fire safety inspection.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity;

• A fire inspection of type FIRE is required to be already defined in the Safety Inspection window.
• Fire extinguishers should already be registered for the location in the Fire Safety/Fire Extinguisher tab.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the safety inspection remarks will be updated in the Fire Safety/Fire Extinguisher tab.

Safety Inspection 

Procedure

1. Open the Safety Inspection window.
2. Search or populate to find an safety inspection report of type FIRE.
3. Right-click on the header and click Fire Extinguisher Details to open the Fire Inspection Details window. The details of fire extinguishers available at the location of the safety inspection will be listed.
4. Enter the inspection findings in the Remark field for each fire extinguisher.
5. Save the information.
