Select Lease Accounting Balance information
Explanation
Use this activity to select balances for one or several lease contracts.
Lease Accounting Balance Analysis displays information
for one or several lease contracts.
Prerequisites
Before lease accounting information can be queried, the following must have
been completed:
- Basic information for the lease contract(s) must have been entered in
the Lease Accounting folder in IFS Financials.
- The financial transactions for the lease contract(s) must have been
created through Create Recognition Postings, Create Periodical Accounting
Proposal and Create Payable Accounting Proposal in Lease Accounting folder.
- The authority rules for making queries must have been specified. This is
done via the Basic Data folder in IFS/General Ledger.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the user can use the Zoom-in function to define
how the selected balances are to be displayed on screen.

Procedure
Use the following procedure to select and display the lease contract
information:
- Open Lease Accounting Balance Analysis.
- Use the Search function. Specify the selection of balances in the
Search dialog box. Confirm the information.
- Define how to display the balances in the Zoom-in
dialog box. Confirm the information. The balance information is displayed on
the screen.
- Mark one or several rows and use the Voucher Information operation, if
appropriate
