Schedule Cleanup of Unauthorized Data

Explanation

This activity is used to schedule a cleanup of unauthorized personal information for selected data subjects.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a dedicated database task has to be configured and scheduled.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a data cleanup of unauthorized data will be scheduled and performed for selected data subjects.
After a data cleanup is performed, the Planned Cleanup of Unauthorized Data check box that enables it will be cleared.

1. Open the Data Subject window.
2. Select the Planned Cleanup of Unauthorized Data check box to plan a cleanup for the selected data subject.
3. Save your changes.
