Perform this activity to define a tool/equipment in a tool/equipment group.

Prerequisites

• A resource structure with a tool/equipment group must be created.

• Tool/Equipment should be created in Tool/Equipment Window

Procedure

A Tool/Equipment should be created in the Tool/Equipment Window and in that window,if a Tool/Equipment Group was selected from an existing Tool/Equipment group, respective Tool/Equipment will include in the resource group. If a Tool/Equipment was created without a Resource group, follw the below procedure.

1. Open the Resource Navigator/Resource Detail window.
2. Query for a resource structure/resource group.
3. Select a tool/equipment group and go to the Tool/Equipment tab.
4. Select a Tool/Eqipment from the List of Value.
5. Save the record.
