Enter B2B Customer Users

Explanation

This activity is used to connect users to a B2B customer. A single user can be connected to multiple B2B customers. One of them is set as the Default Customer.

Prerequisites

Customer has to be flagged as a B2B customer, in order to make a connection on the B2B User-Customer window.

System Effects

Only users that has a connection here, will be able to perform the customer related B2B functional flows.

Procedure

To connect existing users for a known B2B customer.

1. Open the B2B User-Customer window.
2. Create a new record.
3. Enter the User ID manually or via List of Values.
4. Confirm the user name.
5. Enter the B2B Customer manually or via List of Values.
6. Confirm the customer name.
7. Save the record.

To make the B2B user customer connection, default.

1. Open the B2B User-Customer window, query for the user records.
2. Right click and click on the Set Default option to set the connection as default.
