Enable Personal Data Management for Data Subjects

Explanation

This activity is used to activate personal data management system for selected data subjects.

There are no prerequisites.

System Effects

As a result of this activity:

• Data subjects will be handled in the configurations of the personal data management system.
• A Valid Data Processing Purpose check box (and Manage Data Processing Purposes... right-click action) will appear in following windows:

Procedure

1. Opent the Data Subject window and examine the list of available data subjects.
2. Select Personal Data Management check box to activate personal data management system for the relevant data subjects.
3. Save your changes.
