Resource capacity is used when analyzing load from planned activities. Resource details related to capacity calculation are defined for a certain period of time in Capacity Basis tab. The resulting capacity is calculated using the calendar connected to the resource or resource structure.
Capacity is calculated and stored by work day in the calendar.
1. Open the Resource Navigator window
2. Search for a
resource structure.
3. Select a resource group or the whole structure.

Use the Calculate Resource Capacity menu option
5. Choose
the offset and if you want to include the whole structure
