In order to perform this activity, data processing purposes should have been updated.

Procedure

1. Open the Data Processing Purpose Updates window.
   • The window shows the history of when data processing purposes were updated and whether they resulted in anonymization of personal data. If any data could not be anonymized or erased, the Cleanup Failure check box will indicate that.
2. If an update resuled in an Data Erased action, you can right-click it and click Data Cleanup Log... to open the Personal Data Cleanup Log window.
   •  If anonymization was successful, it will be indicated by the Completed checkbox. In case of failure, the checkbox will be cleared and the problem described in the Error Message field.
