View Voucher Information

Explanation

This activity is used to view the voucher information of the vouchers created in the lease accounting process.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a recognition posting, or a lease periodical/payable accounting proposal or any of the lease termination options should have been created/performed and posted against the selected lease contract.

This activity has no system effects.

Lease Accounting Contract/Voucher Information

Procedure

To view voucher information of a lease contract:

1. Open the Lease Accounting Contract window and query for the lease contract of which you want to view the voucher information.
2. Open the Voucher Information tab in the same window. The vouchers and the related information created for the lease contract will be displayed.
   Note:Vouchers relating to the depreciation of right-of-use asset are not updated here. You can use fixed asset related analysis and queries to view that information.
