View Fixed Assets Physical Count History

Explanation

This activity is used to view information relating to the physical count history of a selected object. If the selected object has not been included in any physical count, no information will be available to be viewed.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, at least one fixed assets object must exist in the system.

Procedure

1. Open the Object window and query for the object for which you want to view the fixed assets physical count history.
2. Right-click in the background of the window and then click FA Physical Count History to open the FA Physical Count History window.
3. Query for the physical counts that you want to view. You can also populate the table in the FA Physical Count History window to view all the physical counts in which the selected object was included.
