Update Fixed Assets Balances

Explanation

This activity is used to generate fixed asset balances of companies connected to a selected fixed asset balance history category for a specified date. 

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity,

• a category must have been been created in Fixed Assets Balances History Category window, and
• a company must have been connected to category.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, fixed asset balances will be updated for a specified date.

2. Enter a date in the Balance Date field.

3. Save the information.
