Query Object Balances - Overview

Explanation

Use this activity to display an overview of object balances. The user can enter the year and period in the Query box to display balances per given date.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that object information exist in the IFS/Fixed Assets.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the selected information is displayed on screen. You cannot change the information.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to query for information:

1. Open Object Balances Analysis.
2. Use the Query function. Specify the selection of data in the Query dialog box.
3. Confirm when completed. The information is displayed on the screen.
4. You can mark one or several rows and use the Object Balances operation or the Overview Object Transactions operation.
