Use this activity to display an overview of accounting transactions.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that object information exist in the IFS/Fixed Assets.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the selected information is displayed on screen. You cannot change the information.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to query for information:

1. Open Accounting Transactions Analysis.
2. Use the Query function. Specify the selection of data in the Query dialog box.
3. Confirm when completed. The information is displayed on the screen.
4. You can mark one or several rows for one object and use the Details operation. This causes Accounting Transaction Detail to be opened.
