Print Registration Card Report
Explanation
This activity is used to print the registration card
report. A registration card can be created for each object (excluding those of
which the object status is Planning or Registered), and it contains information
relating to the object such as object basic data, the history of the acquisition value and
depreciated value. The purpose of printing the registration card report is to view the
information recorded in the registration card at a given time.
Prerequisites
This activity requires that object information exist in
the IFS/Fixed Assets.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the report is printed
either on screen or on paper.

Procedure
- Open the Object Registration Card Report dialog box.
- Enter the object(s) for which you want to print the
registration card report in the Object field. You can use the List of
Values to select a single object if you want to include only one object in
the report. More than one object can be entered by separating each object
with a semicolon. If you want to print the registration card report for all
the objects in the company, enter the % symbol in the Object field.
- In the FA Year field, enter the year for
which you want to print the registration card report.
- In the FA Period field, enter the period of
the year you entered in the FA Year field for which you want to print
the registration card report.
- Select the Depreciation
Information check box if you want to include depreciation information in
the registration card report.
- Select the Notes check box if you want the registration card
report to include information relating to the selected object that is disclosed in the form of notes in the
Object window.
- Click OK
to close the dialog box and print the
report.
