Print Object Transactions Report

Explanation

Use this activity to print the Object Transactions Report. The report shows the object transactions for objects and/or object groups. The selection can be done for an interval of year and period. The List button can be used for selection between objects and object groups. A percent (%) sign can be used for printing a report for all objects/object groups.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that object information exist in the IFS/Fixed Assets.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the report is printed either on screen or on paper.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to print the report:

1. Open Object Transactions Report.
2. Layout Based On: Mark Object Group or Object.
3. Enter the From Year/Period and Until Year/Period.
4. If Layout Based On is Object Group, then use the List button and select the object group.
5. If Layout Based On is Object, then use the List button and select the object.
6. Confirm the information. The Print Report window is displayed. Use the Preview button to print the report on screen. Use the OK button to print the report on paper.
