Print Year Disposal Report

Explanation

This activity is used to print the Disposal Report based on the accounting year or fixed asset year. The report shows objects that have been scrapped and/or sold during the selected time period. You can exclude, include or only select objects which have not been connected to a book.

Prerequisites

This activity requires that object information exist in the IFS/Fixed Assets.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the report is printed either on screen or on paper.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to print the report:

  1. Open Year Disposal Report dialog box.
  2. Select Accounting Year or FA Year.
  3. Enter the starting and ending period.
  4. Select Detail or Summary as the layout for the report .
  5. Select Sale, Scrapping or Both as the event.
  6. Enter the range of identities in the Object Group field that you want to print on the report. By default '%' sign is displayed meaning that all object groups available will be printed on the report.
  7. Enter the Book ID.
  8. Select Exclude if you want to exclude objects that have no books or select Include if you want to include objects connected to the selected book and objects that have no books connected. Else select Only if you want to only include objects with no books connected.
  9. Specify whether the report is to be printed in accounting currency or parallel currency.
  10. Click OK. Click Preview to print the report on screen.
  11. Click OK again to print the report on paper.
