Create Depreciation Plan Report

Explanation

This activity is used to print a report that contains depreciation planning information relating to a specified time period.

Prerequisites

This activity requires object information to exist in IFS/Fixed Assets.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the depreciation plan report can be viewed in the screen or printed on paper.

Procedure

  1. Open the Depreciation Plan Report dialog box.
  2. Specify whether you want the objects to be included in the report to be selected based on the object or the object group by selecting either Object or Object Group.
  3. In the FA Year field, enter the year that the information in the report relates to.
  4. In the FA Period From field, enter the first time period of the duration that the information in the report relates to.
  5. In the FA Period To field, enter the last time period of the duration that the information in the report relates to.
  6. If you want to print a detailed report, select the Detail option. If you want to print a summarized report, select the Summary option.
  7. In the Book ID field, enter the ID of the book containing the depreciation planning information that should be printed.
  8. If the selection of objects is based on the object group, specify  the range of object groups that must be included in the report by entering appropriate values in the Object Group From and the Object Group To fields.
  9. If the selection of objects is based on the object, specify  the range of objects that must be included in the report by entering appropriate values in the Object From and the Object To fields.
  10. Specify whether the objects that are to be included in the report should belong to the object type Normal or Planning by selecting a value from the list for the field Object Type. Selecting the symbol % would result in objects belonging to both object types being included in the report.
  11. Click OK to print the report.
