This activity is used to create a lease payable accounting proposal.
Prerequisites
Before creating a lease accounting payable proposal, the following must have been completed:
- The lease contract/contracts to be included in a lease accounting
payable proposal must have
Active status.

Procedure
Use the following procedure to create a lease payable accounting proposal:
- Open the Lease Accounting Payable Proposals window or the Lease Accounting
Payable Proposal
window.
- Right-click in the background and click Create Lease Accounting
Payable Proposal
to open the Create Lease Accounting Payable Proposal dialog box.
- Specify whether you want the contracts to be included in the proposal to be selected based on the Contract or Contract Type by selecting either
Contract or Contract Type.
- If the contract selection is based on the contract, specify a range of contracts to be included in the lease accounting
payable proposal by entering appropriate values in the
Contract From and Contract To fields.
- If the contract selection is based on the contract type, specify a range of contract types to be included in the lease accounting
payable proposal by entering appropriate values in the
Contract Type From and Contract Type To fields.
- In the Payment Due Date field, enter the date until which the payable accounting should be created for the selected contracts.
- Enter a description for the lease accounting payable proposal in the Proposal Description field if necessary.
- Click OK to close the dialog box.
