Use this window to display information on a fixed asset and its object transactions. You can use the general search functions in IFS Applications. In IFS/Fixed Assets, there is an internal transaction register for object transactions. Information on the events performed in the component are entered in this register. Furthermore, there is an internal accounting register for accounting transactions. Each entry in the object transactions register, which also generates a voucher, is entered in the register for accounting transactions.
If the acquisition value for an object is entered via two or several invoices/manual vouchers, the status for these transactions is set to Ready after the updating. When the object is activated, the status for the acquisition transactions is changed from Ready to Packed. The total acquisition amount is summarized and two new object transactions are created. One of the new transactions is negative and has status Packed. The other new transaction is positive and has status Ready.
