View Revenue Recognition Project Log

Explanation

This activity is used to view the result of the calculated revenue recognition for each accounting period for a specific project. This activity shows all the applicable revenue recognition periods for a particular project.

Prerequisites

The periodical capitalization and revenue recognition status of the selected project/(s) must have the Calculated, Modified, or Posted/Closed status.

System Effects

The selected information will be displayed. (The information cannot be modified.)

Procedure

1. Open the Periodical Capitalization and Revenue Recognition window.
2. Select the procedure, right-click and then click Periodical Capitalization and Revenue Recognition Project.
3. Select the project/(s) with status Calculated, Modified, or Posted/Closed, right-click and then click Revenue Recognition Project Log.

OR

1. Select a project ID in the General Ledger/ Project window. Right-click and then click Revenue Recognition Project Log.
