Cancel and Rollback Revenue Recognition Voucher

Explanation

This activity is used to reverse revenue recognition and reversal vouchers that have been created. The periodical capitalization and revenue recognition status of the project will change to Calculated.

Prerequisites

Vouchers must have been created for revenue recognition, and the periodical capitalization and revenue recognition status of the project must be Posted/Closed.

System Effects

The recognition voucher and reversal voucher will be cancelled by creating another two vouchers. The status of the relevant project will have the Calculated status.

Procedure

1. Open the Periodical Capitalization and Revenue Recognition Project window.
2. Select the project/(s) you want to cancel revenue recognition voucher, right-click and then click Cancel Revenue Recognition Voucher.
