Transfer to Financial Institution

Explanation

This activity is used to create a file for transferring payment transactions to a financial institution. This is normally done by the finance administrator.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, payment transactions are required to be authorized in the Employee Payments window.

Procedure

  1. Open the Transfer Payments dialog box.
  2. Enter the company from which you want to transfer payment transactions in the Company ID field. The default company of the user is selected by default.
  3. In the Method ID field, enter the payment method that should be used to transfer the transactions. If a default payment method is defined for the company, it will be selected by default.
  4. In the File Name field, enter the file path that should be used to save the payment file created. Click Browse to find the path. If a default path is defined for the company, it will be selected by default.
  5. Click OK.
