Create New Work Task
Explanation
This activity is used to create a new Work Task in the mobile device.
Prerequisites
The employee should be defined. This employee should be set up as a mobile
user.
System Effects
- Added new Work Task from the mobile device are available a a new work task in
EE.

Procedure
- Create New Work Order option from Home Screen
- Decide whether the work will be done by current mobile user (in which
case Work Assignment will be also created)
- Go through the process - set all relevant data
- Optionally capture a photograph during the process
System Effects
- New Work Order and Task is created; if user chose 'Assign new work to
me' option, Work Assignment is also created
Procedure
- Select existing Work Assignment
- From Actions select Add Task option
- Decide whether the work will be done by current mobile user (in which
case Work Assignment will be also created)
- Go through the process - set all relevant data
System Effects
- New Task is created for current Work Order; if user chose 'Assign new
work to me' option, Work Assignment is also created
Procedure
- Select existing Work Assignment
- From Actions select Add Task option
- Uncheck 'Assign new work to me' option and check 'Keep work on device'
- Go through the process - set all relevant data
- Check Work Assignment created - add plannning information and return
System Effects
- When 'Assign new work to me' option is unchecked and 'Keep work on
device' is checked, new Work Assignment is created with 'To Plan' status
- To Plan assignment can be edited, but cannot be processed - it must be
returned to backoffice and scheduled
