View Request for Order Quotation

Explanation

Use this activity to view request for order quotation connected to a purchase part record or an outside operation.

Prerequisites

A purchase part record and/or an outside operation must exist with a pegged request for order quotation.

There are no prerequisites.

Procedure

  1. Open the Estimate window and search for the required Estimate ID.
  2. In the Components tab, select the record with a connected request for order quotation with which you want to view.
    Note: If the purchase part is viewed in the tree structure then it is also possible to navigate to the request for order quotation from the Details tab
  1. Right-click and then click Quotation/Request for Order Quotation.

Note: It is possible to create a request for order quotation form an outside operation, this option can hence be executed from an outside operation as well if a request for order quotation is connected.
