Use this window to view and edit information on escalation rules defined for each organization. The left window pane displays information in the format of a tree structure and you can gradually move down the structure by double-clicking on each node. The first level of the structure displays all organizations defined in call center. The second level displays all logical units defined for the organization. The third level displays all escalation rules defined for each logical unit and the fourth level displays notifications for each rule. Selecting a node on the structure by clicking on it will show an overview of the underlying level in right window pane.
