Establish Isolation Order

Explanation

Use this activity to establish an isolation order. Isolation orders should be established in order to release a permit (if the isolation order is connected to the permit).

You can amend an established isolation order by changing the status to Reopened For Instructions (right-click, point to Isolation Order Status and then click Reopen for Instructions). Once the changes have been made you can set the status back to Establishment Complete.

Prerequisites

The isolation order must be approved.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the isolation order is established and will receive the Establishment Completed status.

Procedure

1. Open the Isolation Order window and query for an approved isolation order (F3).
2. Right-click on the window, point to Isolation Order Status and click Start Establishment.
3. Once the establishment instructions have been complete, return to the isolation order and perform steps 1 and 2 - in step 2 instead of Start Establishment click Complete Establishment.
