Spread Safe Access

Use this activity to spread the value for safe access from a functional or serial object to its child objects in an object structure. When the safe access value is set on a functional or serial object this value can be spread down in the structure, if there are any child objects connected.

• The functional or serial object has connected child objects in the structure.

• As a result of this activity, safe access define on parent object is spread down to the child object
• Scheduling obstructive flag on operations in work order or PM actions which are connected with object structure, is possible to be modified. If IFS/Maintenance Planning Board is used, this information is used in MPB.

1. Open the Functional Object or the Serial Object window.
2. Right click in the window and chose Spread Safe Access Code.
