This activity is used to view the list of participants that have been selected for the survey. An email is sent to participants when the survey is in state Published. And participants using mobile device get the survey, soon after their device is synchronized with the IFS System. For each participant employee, the Published check box is automatically selected when they are informed of the survey.
Participant selection is required to be defined in the Survey/Participants Selection tab.
