Compare Qualifications of Selected Employees

Use this activity to populate the window with comparison results and interpret the data.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a selection of persons, employees, applicants, jobs, or profiles has to be prepared.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the window will display a comparison of qualifications registered for selected persons, employees, applicants, jobs, or profiles.

Procedure

1. Open the Qualification Comparison window.
2. Populate to load the selection of persons, employees, applicants, jobs, or profiles that will be compared.
3. Click the Compare button.
4. Analyse the results
   • Horizontal axis shows all compared qualifications. It displays qualification name (e.g. welding) and qualification type (e.g. competency).
   • Vertical axis shows the number of qualification points.
   • Height of each bar shows how many points a person, employee, applicant, job, or profile has.
   • Each color in the chart represents a different person, employee, applicant, job, or profile.
   • Legend on the right shows what colors are assigned to each item.
   • You can click on items listed in the legend to hide them.
