Reopen the Issue

Explanation

This activity is used to reopen a disciplinary or grievance issue when there is a need to add or modify relevant information.

Prerequisites

In order to perform the activity:

• A disciplinary or grievance issue has to be registered in the system and have a Completed or Expired status.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a disciplinary or grievance issue will be reopened. Its status will change to Preliminary and it will be possible to edit its information.

Procedure

1. Open the Disciplinary and Grievance Management window.
2. Search or populate to find a disciplinary or grievance issue which you want to reopen.
3. Right-click the header and click Undo Status Change until the status of an issue will change to Preliminary.
