Register Personal Information Change Request

Explanation

This activity is used to register a request to change employee's personal information. It should be used when you do not have direct access to the main Employee window.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a request to update the Employee window will be registered in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Employee Info - Change Request window and add a new record.
  2. In the Emp ID field, enter the identifier of a relevant employee (your own ID or ID of your subordinate).
  3. You can enter remarks regarding the request in the Remark field.
  4. Save your changes.
