Invalidate the Checklist

Explanation

This activity is used if the entire checklist is no longer applicable and should be made obsolete.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a list of actions that have to be completed in regards to employment termination has to be generated by the Terminate Employment assistant.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the entire checklist will change its status to Invalid.

Procedure

  1. Open the Terminate Employment Logs window.
  2. Search or populate to find the termination process which generated a checklist.
  3. Right-click the termination process and click Details... The Terminate Employee Activity Log window will open.
  4. In the window, right-click the header and click Invalidate.
