Enable Groups for Selected Companies

Explanation

This activity is used to add companies where the group will be active. If a group is active for a company, if is possible to add company employees as group members.

Prerequisites

Employee groups have to be registered in the system.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, employee groups will become available for selected companies.

Procedure

  1. Open the Employee Group window.
  2. Quesry or populate to find the relevant group.
  3. Go to the Company tab and add a new record.
  4. In the Company ID field, enter the identifier of a company for which you want to enable the group.
  5. Save your changes.
