Define Other Useful Information Type

Explanation

Use this activity to define useful information that employees would need to know about their workplace or about their new assignment ensuring they get the necessary information. The easy access to useful information encourages employee confidence and helps the new employee adapt faster to the job.


Useful Information Examples:  Company's policies and procedures, Employee Handbook, FAQs, List of perks and benefits etc.
 
URLs can be added (Resources Link) and attach documents to the information record. However, to transfer the attached documents to the programs through basic data, the user should setup data in “Object Connection Transformation” page.

As a result of this activity, useful information records will be created. Information can be used to create the list of useful information in Onboarding templates.
