This activity is used to define what actions can be taken to solve disciplinary and grievance issues. Possible examples would include hearings, therapies, trainings etc.

As a result of this activity, actions which can be taken to solve issues will be registered in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Disciplinary and Grievance Management Basic Data window.
  2. On the Action tab, add a new record.
  3. In the Action field, enter the name of the action which can be taken to solve disciplinary or grievance issues.
  4. To add more actions, go to step 2.
  5. After defining relevant actions, save your changes.
