Create the Assistant Configuration

Explanation

This activity is used to create a basic configuration of an HR assistant. Without further definition, all assistant steps will be made available and a default set of mandatory fields will be loaded.

Procedure

  1. Open the HR Assistant Configuration window.
  2. In the header, add a new record.
  3. In the Config ID field, enter a unique identifier which will be given to your configuration.
  4. In the Name field, enter the name for your configuration.
  5. In the Description field, you can enter a short description of the configuration.
  6. In the Type field, enter for what assistant do you want to create a configuration. Following values are available:
  7. In the Valid From and Valid To fields, enter the period during which the configuration will be valid (and thus available for selection).
  8. Select the All Companies check box to enable the configuration for all companies. If the check box will be cleared, you will have to manually enter relevant companies on the Companies tab.
  9. Save your changes.
