Complete the Action

Explanation

This activity is used to update and finalize information about an action after it was completed.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity:

As a result of this activity, an action will change its state from Planned to Completed. Afterwards it will be impossible to modify the action.

Procedure

  1. Open the Disciplinary and Grievance Management window.
  2. Search or populate to find a relevant disciplinary or grievance issue.
  3. Right-click the action which has been completed and click Complete.
  4. In the Comments field, you can update comments about the action.
  5. If the employee for whom the issue was registered was present during the action, select the Employee Present check box.
  6. In the Action Outcome field, you can enter the outcome of the action. You can use the list of values.
  7. Save your changes.

Note: If necessary, you can reopen the action by right-clicking it and clicking Reset.
