Usage

Use step 1 to enter document information in order to create a new document. It is mandatory to enter the document class and title but you can also enter other information and import a document file if necessary. Click Finish to complete creating a document or Next if you want to enter the correspondence information of the document or connect the document to a folder or an object.

Use step 2 to enter correspondence information of the document. Click Finish to complete creating a document or Next if you want to connect the document to a folder or an object.

Use step 3 to connect the document that you created to a folder. Click Finish to complete creating a document or Next if you want to connect the document to an object.

Use step 4 to connect the document to objects and to configure object access settings for the document. Any objects that belong to the object types defined for the document class in the Document Class Management/Object Types for Quick Connect tab can be connected. The keys that should be entered for the correct object to be connected are displayed and simply entering these identities will connect the necessary objects. Click Finish to complete creating a document.
