Explanation

This activity is used to initiate the shipment process for the overhaul object, once the service/repair and QA processes are finished.

Prerequisites

System Effects

If a dispatch order is not connected to the work order, a dispatch customer order is created with a reserved customer order line.

If a dispatch order is connected to the work order, a reserved customer order line is added to the dispatch customer order.

Procedure

  1. Open the Complex Assembly Work Order window and search for the work order of the shop visit.
  2. Right-click and click Return Object.

If you are working in the Shop Visit/Current WOs tab, you need to click the Receive Order Handling, and then click the Return Object menu option.
