This activity is used to initiate the shipment process for the overhaul object, once the service/repair and QA processes are finished.
If a dispatch order is not connected to the work order, a dispatch customer order is created with a reserved customer order line.
If a dispatch order is connected to the work order, a reserved customer order line is added to the dispatch customer order.
