Explanation

Use this activity to review the history logs of actions that have been performed for a given MRO Shop Order. Material history logs for following actions will be registered automatically when one of following material actions is performed: 

• Issue material

• Un-issue material

• Receive Manufactured Product

• Receive Assembly Product

• Receive Disposition

• Receive By-product

• Receive Substitute Part

• Receive Disassembly Product

• Un-receive Manufactured Product

• Un-receive Assembly Product

• Un-receive Disposition

• Un-receive By-product

• Un-receive Substitute Part

• Un-receive Disassembly Product

• Scrap Product WIP (Work in Progress)

• Un-scrap Product WIP

• Scrap Disposition WIP

• Un-scrap Disposition WIP

• Scrap Component WIP

• Un-scrap Component WIP

Prerequisites

• Component parts must have been issued, un-issued, scrapped or un-scrapped to review the relevant material history logs.

• Parent parts of the MRO shop order must have been received, un-received, scrapped or un-scrapped to review the relevant material history logs.

• The disposition line must have been released or unreleased to review the relevant material history logs for parent part of disposition shop order.

Procedure

From the MRO shop order:

1. Open the Material History tab of the MRO Shop Order window.
2. Review the history logs.

From the disposition shop order:

1. Open Material History tab of the Disposition Shop Order - Complex Assembly Repair window.
2. Review the history logs.
