Create Disposition From Off Log
Explanation
Use this activity to create disposition based on the off log. The right
mouse button option Create Disposition From Off Log
available from the Disposition Shop Order Header accomplish this. It is
enabled when there are no records in the Disposition Lines tab. If
it is executed, then disposition line(s) is also automatically create based the
disposition code set as default for the customer. The relevant data in the
off log is also copied to the to the Serial Detail tab
for the recent created disposition line(s).
Prerequisites
This activity requires that;
- The disposition shop order is created as a result of disposition in the
MRO Interim Structure window.
- There must be a default disposition code set for the customer in focus.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, disposition line(s) is created
based on the default disposition code set for the customer and the off
log.

Procedure
- Open the Disposition Shop Order window and search for the
Order No which you would like to create disposition based on the
expected off.
- Right-click in the disposition shop order header and select the
option Create Disposition From Off Log. Disposition
line(s) is created based on the default disposition code set for the
customer and the expected off log.
