Remove Report from BR Archive

Explanation

This activity is used to remove a Business Reporter report that is saved in the Business Reporter Export Archive. The executed Business Reporter report is saved during export of the Excel report without attaching Business Reporter functionality. Alternatively, you can specify an expiry date for the report so that it is automatically removed from the Business Reporter export archive on a particular date.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity:

• The report you want to open must have been saved in the Business Reporter export archive.
• You must have access to the report.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the report will be removed from the Business Reporter export archive and it will no longer appear in the Report Selection tab of the Manage Archive dialog box.

Procedure

To remove a Business Reporter report:

1. Click Manage Export Archive to open the Manage Archive dialog box.
   Note: Once you export the Excel report without Business Reporter, you will be asked whether you want to manage the Business Reporter archive. You can open the archive dialog box by clicking Yes when the question appears.
2. Select a report in the Report Selection tab and then click Delete.
