Enter CR/CO Data
Explanation
Use this activity to enter valid severity or critical levels for a change
request. This mandatory task is to be performed by a system administrator or
equivalent person.
Valid CR levels are used to group similar requests. Three types of data must be specified
before you can use CRs and COs: CR levels, CR types, and CO action causes. At least one of each CR
level, CR type, and CO action cause must be defined to be
able to create CRs and COs.
- CR levels define different priorities of the CRs. Examples of levels can
be Must or Nice To Have.
- CR types define different types of CRs. Examples of types are Customer CR
or Internal CR.
- CO action causes define different types of reasons for why a CO was generated.
Examples of causes can be Error in Drawing, Change in Specification, or Too Weak Construction.
