Explanation

Use this activity to specify one or more tax reports for the specified tax office.

Prerequisites

The tax reports must first be created in the Tax Report window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, you can select the tax office and tax reports when loading new tax proposals.

Procedure

  1. Open the Tax Office window.
  2. Query for the tax office for which you want to define report information.
  3. Click the Tax Report tab, and select the company for which you will specify the tax reports for the tax office.
  4. Enter or select the appropriate values in the Tax Number, Our ID at Tax Office, and State Code fields.
  5. Enter the valid reports for the tax office by creating new records in the table and entering all the necessary data.
  6. Save the information.
