Enter Scrapping Cause
Explanation
Use this activity to enter reasons why an item is scrapped. This mandatory task is to be performed by a system administrator
or equivalent person.
Scrapping causes allow you to analyze the reasons why parts have been scrapped. For example, you may determine that there has
been significant loss because of parts that were damaged in the warehouse. This enables you to correct such problems and thus
avoid further financial loss.
Once saved, the scrapping cause ID cannot be modified, but you can modify the
description.
