This activity is used to define a completion code for a case task. This code is used when the case task is completed or closed.

As a result of this activity, you will be able to specify a completion code for each case task when it is completed or closed.

Procedure

  1. Open the Case Task Basic Data window and click the Task Completion tab.
  2. Create a new record.(F5)
  3. Enter a value in the Completion field. 
  4. Optionally, enter a value in the Description field.
  5. To specify a value as the default for all case tasks, select the Default Value check box. Alternately, once the record is saved you can select a completion code, right-click and then click Set/Unset Default to set the selected code as the default. Thereby discarding any other default setting. 
  6. Optionally, enter a numerical value in the LOV Order field to indicate the order in which you want the completion code to appear in a List of Values.
  7. Save the record. (F12).
