Explanation

This activity is used to enter general CRM information for a customer.

General CRM information is added and can be viewed for a particular customer.

Procedure

  1. Open the Customer window and search for your customer.
  2. Click the CRM Info tab and select the General tab.
  3. Create a new record.
  4. Select the Key Account check box to specify that the customer is a key account.
  5. Enter other information, such as potential, loyalty, etc.
  6. Enter main representative. If you are connected to a representative in CRM and SRM Basic Data then you yourself will be suggested as main representative but it is possible to change the value.
  7. Save your changes.
